At Eyebrowz Ayur Herbal Spa, we blend the wisdom of Ayurveda with the everyday needs of modern life. Ayurveda is the 5,000-year-old Indian science of life, built on balance between body, mind and spirit.

We bring that tradition to threading, lashes, henna, scalp therapies and organic facials, always with natural herbs and oils and time-honored techniques.

MEET THE FOUNDER

Every Brow Tells a Story, and Sunitha Has Been Listening for 23 Years.

In 2003, Sunitha Thanam didn’t just open a studio; she opened a door to trust. Eyebrowz was born from a simple yet powerful belief: beauty isn’t just about technique; it’s about connection. Twenty-three years later, that belief continues to shape every appointment.

Trained as an artist long before she became a beauty professional, Sunitha brings a painter’s instinct for line, symmetry, proportion, and grace to every brow she shapes. What began as an artistic eye for detail evolved into a philosophy of care… precise, personal, and deeply human.

At Eyebrowz, this artistry reaches its highest expression through specialized Microblading treatments. Designed as a true art form rather than a standard procedure, Microblading is performed with delicate, hand-drawn strokes that mimic natural eyebrow hair. Each stroke is carefully placed to follow the natural growth pattern of the face, creating soft, realistic brows that enhance each client’s natural features rather than overpower them.. Even for clients with little to no natural eyebrow hair, the result is beautifully natural-looking brows that restore balance, definition, and confidence, so seamless that they appear effortlessly real.

Over the years, Sunitha and her specialist team have transformed Eyebrowz into more than a beauty destination. It has become a place where clients return not only for the treatment, but for the ritual of being truly seen… the warmth of familiar hands, genuine conversation, and the quiet comfort of trust built one appointment at a time.

Sunitha’s journey has also taken her beyond traditional beauty care. Through training and continued study in Ayurveda, natural therapies, Ayurvedic treatments, and yoga, she developed a deeper understanding of beauty as a reflection of balance and well-being from within.

That passion led her to establish Ayur Herbal Spa in 2008, bringing together centuries-old Ayurvedic wisdom and modern beauty rituals. Today, that vision continues to grow, with Eyebrowz and Ayur Herbal Spa now welcoming clients at their second location. A new chapter in a journey built on beauty, wellness, trust, and personalized care.

Eyebrowz is founded at Washington Square Mall, built on quality service and lasting relationships.

2008

Ayur Herbal Spa launches, adding modernized Ayurvedic and herbal treatments.

2026

Eyebrowz · Ayur Herbal Spa opens its second location inside Greenwood Park Mall.

THE SPACE

Six styling chairs and a private facial room

Our salon floor holds six dedicated stations for threading, lashes and henna, wrapped in warm wood, brass and soft green. A separate private facial room offers a calm retreat for facials, scalp massage and Shirodhara.

Come in for a single service, or settle in for an unhurried afternoon of care.
